Today started out to be sooo beautiful!!  What the heck happened?  Despite the cold and windy weather we went ahead with our Mystery Challenge but we did modify it slightly because of the cold weather.

Tonight the Cubs and White Tail Beavers put their scoutcraft skills to use to build a couple of catapults.  The original plan would have seen two teams go head to head to build their catapults and then launch wet sponges at the opposing team, instead they had a competition to see who could launch their sponge the furthest.

Both teams sucessfully built their catapults, everyone got to launch, and NO ONE froze!

Next week we will be meeting at the Saint John Airport for a tour.  Details will be listed on Facebook in the coming days.

Until next week, good hunting,

~ Akela
